What does an engagement cost?

Scope comes first. After an initial conversation, we agree on deliverables, timing, and pricing before work begins. Focused assessments, implementation projects, and ongoing advisory support are scoped individually.

Can we start small?

Yes. Start with a specific architecture question, a cloud cost review, or one AI workflow. Use what we learn together to decide whether a larger engagement makes sense.

Will you work with our existing team?

Absolutely. FocalLoop works alongside your engineers and business stakeholders. Shared decisions, documented architecture, and knowledge transfer are part of the work.

How do you use AI in client work?

Claude Code and other AI-assisted tools can support implementation and validation within agreed boundaries. MCP integrations receive explicitly scoped access to approved systems. We agree on data handling and tool permissions before use; consequential production changes require human review.

What happens after delivery?

You receive the Terraform, configuration, runbooks, and operating guidance needed to take ownership. Infrastructure support, SRE improvements, and maintenance can continue under a separate scope. Coverage hours, response targets, and escalation arrangements are agreed explicitly; 24/7 support is not implied.
